We're pleased to offer the following services at Copper View Animal Hospital:
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
For your convenience, we also offer drop off, telemedicine (on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), and walk-in urgent care visits (Fridays).
-Drop off appointments: If you don't have time in your busy schedule for a traditional appointment, you can schedule a time in the morning to meet with one of our veterinary technicians, who will discuss your concerns with you. While you are at work, we will examine and (with your permission) treat your pet. We will call you after their treatment is finished and you can pick them up on your way home.
-Telemedicine appointments: We are now offering remote healthcare services with TeleVet. With the TeleVet app you can easily send virtual consultation requests to us when your pet is sick or injured. To get started, download the TeleVet app on iTunes or Google Play store and create your personal profile and add your pets (pictures are encouraged!) When you need us, create a consultation request detailing your pet's issue. Upload any pictures or videos related to the problem, then we will instant message or schedule a video conference to help get your pet feeling better again. These visits are available for pets we have seen for an in-person examination within the past year.
The TeleVet app can be found on the App Store under TeleVet - Remote Pet Care.
-Walk-in Urgent Care appointments: We accept walk-in appointments on a first-come first-serve basis on Fridays from 9 am-12 pm and 2 pm-4 pm.
We have veterinarians and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such a snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.
